1 REGISTRATION & LOGIN
  • Fill in a registration form.
  • Receive an automatic system email containing the data to access.
  • For subsequent accesses, enter your credentials on the login page.
2 CREATE NEW SESSION
  • Give the session a title, provide a description and enter the questions.
  • Enter the email addresses of the candidates you want to interview.
  • The system will send the contacts an invitation to the video interview.
3 MANAGE SESSION
  • View total number of invited candidates and the days to the end of the session.
  • Download the summary of each session.
  • Add new candidates and solicit those who have not yet completed.
4 EVALUATE CANDIDATES
  • To view the video interviews simply click on the individual video and start playback.
  • The profile can be rated using a star rating system (from 1 to 5) and/or by leaving a written comment.
  • Share video interviews externally by sending a simple link.
